Root cause
Astra Lab wrappers used direct CDN HLS source; browser playback from Studio origin was blocked by CORS.
Fix
Use existing AstraVue same-origin HLS proxy source contract for Product Management test surfaces.
Verification
Overview and Player Engine reached readyState=4, videoWidth=640, videoHeight=360, duration=5221.12, and played after user gesture.
Boundary
AstraVuePlayer, TrendestUnifiedPlayerV2/V3, runtime shell, engine policy, media, B2, DB and TV/Core were not touched.
